Limited One Year Warranty
Our products include a warranty which covers any defects or malfunctions for one year from date of purchase. Please retain the sales invoice as proof of purchase.
Peaklite will replace or repair any detective or malfunctioning unit at no charge within the warranty period. However, the limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse or abuse of equipment.
Please use our Return Authorization Request Form or contact our customer service (info@peaklite.com) to obtain return instructions before returning the unit to us. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return.
The repaired or replacement unit will be shipped to you at our expense.
